I’m Gary, a Full Stack Developer and System Engineer who sees the application and its infrastructure as one connected system.
My background spans web development, Windows Server administration, databases, networking, and technical support. I bring that practical perspective to building applications: how people use them, how their data moves, and how they operate after deployment.
From PHP and MySQL websites to Microsoft SQL Server administration and production web servers, I work across the layers that make a web application useful and maintainable.

Cipher Panel brings game administration tools into a browser-based workspace. Its item list editor connects searchable item selections with item-code conversion, game server selection, and character lookup.
The interface also brings together navigation for mail, player rankings, gift codes, maintenance, and user management.

A practical approach that considers the application’s entire lifecycle.
Clarify the users, workflows, requirements, and constraints. Map out the application, data, and hosting needs.
Shape the database and interface, then connect application logic to the data and services it depends on.
Check workflows, validation, and integrations. Prepare the server, domain, SSL, and application environment.
Monitor system health, maintain backups, resolve issues, and refine the application as requirements evolve.
